It is not a public megaphone and it is not an anonymous discovery network.<\/p><p>You share <strong>PostCards<\/strong> with the audience you choose: selected people, your city, your country, or <strong>Planet Earth<\/strong> \u2014 which means your Areea contacts\/connections wherever they are, not every user on the internet.<\/p><p>The vibe is simple: keep it real, keep it useful, and don&#x27;t make it weird.<\/p><section id=\"your-circle-your-control\"><h2>Your circle, your control<\/h2><p>Areea is built around control:<\/p><ul><li>You choose who can see each PostCard.<\/li><li>You can remove contacts\/connections.<\/li><li>You can block people.<\/li><li>You can report content or accounts that cross a line.<\/li><\/ul><p>If someone is not part of your life anymore, you can remove them. If someone is bothering you, block them. If something is seriously wrong, report it.<\/p><\/section><section id=\"the-basic-rules\"><h2>The basic rules<\/h2><p>Areea should feel like a good group chat with better context: spontaneous, useful, and human. To keep it that way, don&#x27;t use Areea for:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Threats or violence<\/strong> \u2014 threatening harm, encouraging violence, or putting someone in danger.<\/li><li><strong>Harassment<\/strong> \u2014 repeatedly targeting, intimidating, or pestering someone after they clearly do not want contact.<\/li><li><strong>Spam or scams<\/strong> \u2014 fake offers, phishing, fraud, repetitive posting, or misleading links.<\/li><li><strong>Doxxing<\/strong> \u2014 sharing someone&#x27;s private information without permission.<\/li><li><strong>Impersonation<\/strong> \u2014 pretending to be another person, company, or brand you do not represent.<\/li><li><strong>Illegal activity<\/strong> \u2014 using Areea to coordinate, sell, buy, or promote anything illegal.<\/li><li><strong>Sexual exploitation or child safety violations<\/strong> \u2014 zero tolerance. Anything involving minors in a sexual or exploitative context may be removed, reported, and escalated to the appropriate authorities.<\/li><\/ul><p>You must be at least <strong>17 years old<\/strong> to use Areea.<\/p><\/section><section id=\"reporting-and-blocking\"><h2>Reporting and blocking<\/h2><p>You can report a PostCard, message\/comment, or user from the places where those actions appear in the app. Reports may include a reason and optional note.<\/p><p>Blocking takes effect immediately. It is forward-looking: it stops future contact, messages, pings, connection requests, and future visible PostCards between the blocked pair. Past history may remain where needed for context, safety, or moderation.<\/p><\/section><section id=\"what-we-may-do\"><h2>What we may do<\/h2><p>When something is reported, we review the content and context.
